My Process:
To create my unique wave design, I use a 20-step process which involves using heat from my torch (no solder) to fuse hand-cut silver wire to its base. For the gold moon version, I then cut and solder the 22K gold moon in place. A patina is applied and hand polished to get the desired finish. The final step is using a paste wax to preserve the finish.
